Buy Now, Pay Later
Use Klarna to divide the total cost of your purchase into four interest-free payments at The North Face. To begin the process, choose “Pay in 4 Easy Payments” during checkout.

Return Policy
The North Face customer service is here to help you with any stage of your shopping experience. If you’ve changed your mind about an item or aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the purchase date to request a return. The company issues refunds as long as the items are unused and unwashed.
If you’re sending your items back by mail, you can package up your order, including your invoice, and return them to a local post office or an authorized FedEx location. Once your order has been processed, your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 3-5 weeks. Alternatively, you can return your purchase to a store near you with the original receipt or exchange the receipt for full credit.
