Sandals’ Cancellation Policy

You can usually cancel your Sandals reservation, but there are some stipulations. Final payment for your booking is due 60 days before the trip. You can cancel up to 45 days before the trip date and get a full refund.

If you cancel between 31 and 45 days before your trip, you can get a 50% refund of what you’ve already paid for the land portion of your trip. This doesn’t include airfare. If you cancel within 30 days of your trip, you will lose 100% of the land portion for the trip.
