Within the first 180 days after you purchase a product from Epson, you can purchase a one-year extended service plan that includes replacements and repairs. You can find this option available under Accessories.

Ground shipping is available for free on almost every item at Epson. If your order includes oversized items, a shipping fee may be added, and rates vary by order size and shipping destination.

Returns & Exchanges
Customers can return an Epson product within 30 days at a local store. The company only accepts exchanges, but you can receive a refund in store credit. To return an item via mail, you must contact a customer service representative for a return authorization.
Note that downloadable purchases, like software, refurbished, and closeout items, are not eligible for refunds. If there is an issue with your order or the product you purchased, Epson will cover the return shipping costs.
